The LRF100 Series of compact, lightweight Laser Range Finder modules has been designed to provide a cost effective solution for OEMs wishing to integrate a laser rangefinder capability into existing or new design sensors and systems.

LRF100 Series modules are particularly suited to hand held and portable applications due to their light weight, size and enhanced range performance.

Manufactured from a precision machined optical bench the LRF100 Series have been optimised for stable operation over the wide temperature range experienced in homeland security and other demanding applications.

As standard, the LRF100 Series operates in an auto-exposure mode, adapting the measurement time to the strength of the returned signal optimising measurement accuracy for shorter ranges. Alternative trade-offs can be provided to suit customer specific applications.

Three standard versions are available characterised by their maximum range capability.
